We will be offering our 5-week Women's Self-Defense Program in a 2-day intensive workshop Saturday Aug 5/ Sunday Aug 11. . This is a workshop for beginners who have never done women's self-defense or those who may have some experience and want to brush up on their techniques.
You will learn both striking and grappling techniques for standing and ground situations - as most attackers will attempt to get the victim to the ground in the majority of cases. Our workshops will put you in real-life situations so you can train yourself to think and react quickly. The aim is to gain confidence in yourself and your abilities to identify, avoid and protect yourself against a dangerous assailant. You will learn standing, ground and striking technique, along with practice time. At the end of the workshop, you will test yourself and your new skills as you face simulated attacks.
