Our second Intro to Women's Self-Defense Workshop will be held on Sunday August 27 (10:30am - 12pm). 

Participants will learn and practice 2 Standing, 1 Ground, and 2 Strike techniques during this workshop.  Cost is $20.  Come join us, and bring a friend or two to discover what skills you can gain to protect yourself.
