On May 13th, we will be hosting a FREE 1.5 hour seminar at our studio focused on personal safety & awareness. We will demonstrate a couple of simple but effective standing and ground techniques from our Women's Self-Defense Program. Get a taste of what our 8-week sessions is like.
Participants will have an opportunity to learn and practice these techniques during this workshop. Come join us, and bring a friend or two to discover what skills you can gain to protect yourself.
